These Terms of Use (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hüseyin Gagacı ("Mind Route," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your access to and use of the Mind Route mobile application and related services (the "App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App.

Mind Route is a personal utility application designed to help users organize information, stay focused, and manage everyday tasks in a secure, private environment.

Please Note: Mind Route is strictly a software tool for personal use. It does not provide professional advice, and you remain solely responsible for how you use the App and any information you enter.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the App and for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and account credentials. Mind Route does not independently verify the information you input, and you should rely on your own records when accuracy is important.

While the App may be free to download, certain premium features may require a paid subscription. All purchases and subscriptions are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your respective app store account settings prior to the renewal date. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

All content, design, code, and functionality within the App (collectively, "App Content") are owned by Hüseyin Gagacı or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to misuse the App. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: reverse engineering the App, attempting to bypass security measures, using the App for any unlawful purpose, or interfering with the App's servers or networks.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hüseyin Gagacı shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms signifies your acceptance of such changes.
